A: No, Armand’s can arrange a rental for you! We can arrange pick up and drop off of a rental for our customer’s convenience. If a rental is not needed, we also can provide transportation from and to Armand’s for your convenience.
A: No, you have the right to take your vehicle to be repaired at the shop of your choice! Your insurance company may suggest a repair provider, but ultimately it’s your choice, after all its your vehicle (your investment)! Also you are NOT required to get multiple estimates! The insurer has to reach an agreed figure with the shop of your choice!
A: Walk ins are welcome at anytime. If you question whether your car should be driven or not, don’t attempt to drive your vehicle! Call us immediately and we will go on the road to inspect the safety of your vehicle.
A: Simply call Armand’s and we will make the arrangements for you. Armand’s will pay for any current charges and transport your vehicle to our facility. The charges will then be incorporated into the repair estimate.
A: No! Armand’s will guarantee a repair completion date, provided there are no supplements. In the case of any damage found therefore adding labor and or parts to the repairs. You as the customer will immediately be informed and a new promise date will be issued
A: No! Armand’s will work with the insurance provider paying for the repairs on your vehicle to ensure proper payment is issued for the repairs provided (you should never have to pay any more than your insurance deductible) and if you are not at fault you should not have to pay anything. The repairs should be paid in full by the providing insurance company!
A: Your repairs to your vehicle are guaranteed by Armand’s for as long as you own or lease your vehicle!
